This is what InstaSnipe collects about you and why.

What we collect

• Your email address — to send you the alerts you turn on.
• Your searches — the keywords, filters and settings you create.
• Delivery channels — Discord webhook URLs and notification addresses you add. Webhook URLs are encrypted at rest.
• Provider keys — if you bring your own AI keys, they are encrypted at rest and never shown back in full.
• Billing details — none. There is no checkout in the app, so we hold no card numbers and no payment-processor identifiers for you here.
• Notes and outcomes you record on cards.

Listing data on your cards comes from eBay's public APIs and is eBay's, not yours or ours.

Cookies

One signed session cookie keeps you signed in. There is no analytics or advertising tracking.

What we do with it

We run your searches, build your cards and deliver them where you asked. We email you the alerts you enabled and, if we ever need to, a service notice about your feed. We do not sell your data, and we send no newsletter.

AI appraisal is not switched on today, so no listing is sent to an AI model. When it is on for a search, we send that listing's text and images to our model providers (currently Google and OpenAI). We do not send them your account details, your searches or the notes you write.

Training AI, and who owns this information

The cards we build for you, the figures and verdicts behind them, and the outcomes and notes you record, may be used to train and improve AI models. Your email address, your provider API keys and your billing details are never used for training.

InstaSnipe keeps all rights to that information, other than the eBay listing data it contains, and to everything we build from it — the cards, the figures, the verdicts and any model trained on it. Those rights are ours, not yours: using the service does not give you a claim to them. This is about rights, not about storage — how long we keep a record, and your right to have your account removed, are exactly as set out below.

Retention

Cards and the appraisals behind them are deleted 30 days after they are made, automatically and on a clock — the same whether or not you are subscribed. The outcomes you marked on a card go when the card goes. Your account, your searches, your settings and the notes you write stay until you ask us to remove them; nothing here deletes them by itself when a plan ends.

Getting it removed

Email luxurybylogan@gmail.com from your sign-in address and we will remove your account, your searches, your settings and your notes. If we have already accepted one of your notes as work on the feed, we keep its text with that work, no longer linked to your account.
