What InstaSnipe is

InstaSnipe watches eBay for the keywords you choose and sends you cards: a listing, the figures our software derived from it, and a verdict. It is a research tool. It does not buy anything for you, and it is not advice — read the disclosure, which is part of these terms.

Your account

You sign in with a password we give you. Keep it to yourself: anyone who has it can use the feed as you, and there is no separate account page or self-serve sign-up yet. One subscription is for one person or business — do not share your sign-in or forward the feed as a service to others.

Subscriptions and billing

There is no checkout in the app yet. Your plan is arranged with us directly and billed outside the service, on the terms we agreed with you; to change or end it, write to us. Your plan sets how many keyword searches you can run, and the app enforces that limit.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, mirror or resell the feed, probe the service for weaknesses, or use it to break eBay's terms. We may suspend an account that does, or that puts the service or its eBay access at risk.

Availability

The feed depends on eBay's APIs and on daily request allotments. Coverage can pause when an allotment is used up or eBay asks us to back off; we show that on the page when it happens. We do not promise that any listing will be found, or found first.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, InstaSnipe is provided as-is, and our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the month the claim arose. We are never liable for a purchase you chose to make.

Changes
